FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Is it really handmade?
Yes. Every flag is hand-cut from pine, torched plank by plank, hand-stained, and assembled by Wade — a U.S. veteran — in his American workshop. No two are identical. Small variations in grain, char depth, and edge contour are the fingerprint of a handmade piece, not a flaw.
Where is it made?
Made in America, by hand, by a veteran. 🇺🇸
How long until it ships?
Each flag is made to order, so give us a little time at the bench. Most orders are built and on their way within 5–9 business days. You'll get a tracking number the moment yours ships.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping within the United States. Your flag is packed carefully to arrive ready to hang.
What's your return policy?
We stand behind every piece. If your flag arrives damaged or you're not happy with it, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Because each flag is made to order, we just ask that returns come back in original condition.
What sizes do you offer?
Our flags measure 50 × 30 cm (about 20" × 12"), roughly 4 cm deep and ~1.5 kg — substantial enough to feel real on the wall, light enough to hang anywhere.
How do I care for it?
Keep it indoors or in a covered area. Dust with a dry cloth. The torched-and-stained finish is durable, but direct rain and full sun will weather real wood over time.
